"METECO" JSC signed a cooperation agreement with the Italian company "AIR PROTEK" from the city Magenta / Milan /, which is at the forefront of treatment of industrial gases, using innovative technologies. www.airprotech.eu
In the month of April 2014 „МЕТЕCО” major reconstruction and modernization of the two units of sleeve filters type FRKI -60 in Corpus middle and fine crushing " Assarel Medet" JSC – Panagyurishte, Bulgaria .
It was do a complete replacement of the sleeves with new high of needle-punched fabric with hydrophobic surface coating.
It was installed high efficiency system for pulse purge sleeves with compressed air controlled by a controller in signal for actual hydraulic resistance filtration fabric. It is used to ensure the best performance in saving energy and compressed air.
Launched a dedusting equipment to PV1- SST- ОК “ELACITE”- Mirkovo.
Bag filter with capacity 20 000 m3/h, exhaust fan and compressor station for compressed air.
Achieved excellent results of dust retention. Starting date - 26.07.2013.

According to the successful implementation of our project to build a dedusting unit Asphalt plant in village Rusalya in the monthly report of the Ministry of Environment and Water about the control activity of RIEW for June was published the following:
“Like a positive result of the control of Air Quality made by experts RIEW Veliko Turnovo is built treatment unit for emissions in asphalt plant in Rusalya, owned by “PATNI STROEZHI – VT” JSC Veliko Tarnovo. It has been compliance with the emission standards provided by your own periodic measurements and canceled current penalty imposed by RIEW.”
“METECO” Jsc. designed and mounted the following equipment:
1. Two turn key de-dusting plants for Triage#1 and Triage#2 wit capacity 14000 m3/h , and a pneumatic system for collecting dust from filters to a dust silo with capacity 500 kg/h.

МЕТЕCО is pleased to announce, that further to its annual general meeting held on the 14th of July, 2010, the shareholders approved the election of the new Board of Directors for the next three years. The new Board members have a range of backgrounds in business, engineering and law and will use their experiences and knowledge to help guide recommendations. At the end of April 2010 МЕТЕCО put into operation a new dedusting system to the Asphalt production plant of „BurgasRoadConstruction” JSC . The mesured residual dust content after Bag Filter was 8 mg/nm3 /at max 20 mg/nm3 by EU Standards/. The number of dedusting systems installed to asphalt mixing plants Increased to 12 on the territory of Bulgaria.

Successfully completes project, funded by the PHARE programme of the EU |
METECO JSC successfully completed a project “ Increasing production of dedusting systems”, funded by the PHARE programme of the EU. The project was accomplished with the technical assistance of the Ministry of Economy of Bulgaria in the implementation of PHARE Project BG 2006/018-164.05.01 “Support for Increasing the Competitiveness of Bulgarian Enterprises”. The project includes delivery and commissioning of technological equipment for the METECO’s Production department to total value of 57100 Euro. Project expected results are: considerably improuvment in the quality and reliability of produced dedusting systems at operation conditions, reduction of non effective costs and production terms.
