2011 „SVILOCEL” Jsc. – Svishtov – Two turn key de-dusting plants for Triage#1 and Triage#2, including the conveyors, and a pneumatic system for collecting dust from filters to a dust silo.
The capacity of each de-dusting systems is 14 000m3/h, and the capacity of the pneumatic system is 500 kg/h.
De-dusting plants are based on “Pulse Jet” filters – cartridge filter type VVP-60x2000, original development of “METECO” Jsc. , which proved its effectiveness in the practice.
Parameters achieved under licensed laboratory measurements are as follows:
- De-dusting plant #1 - 3,85 mg/m3;
- De-dusting plant #2 - 3,10 mg/m3;
- Passive filter over the dust silo - 2,20 mg/m3.
