2011 “Asarel Medet” JSC. – Panagurishte - Designed, manufactured and delivered 3 bag filters SEMJET-I-2х72/2200 with capacity 15000 m3/h and a SEMJET-I-2х72/2200 with capacity 12000 m3/h during the reconstruction and modernization of unit “Fine crushing” and “Overloading node №1” in “Asarel”
Before each bag filter is mounted a cyclone for raw cleaning of the gas.
Also a transport system was delivered, containing 17 screw conveyors ø200 with a different length, and 13 rotary valves.
According to the protocols by a licensed laboratory, the results of the outlet dust content are the following:

  • Filter 1 – under  1 mg/m3;
  • Filter 2 – under  1 mg/m3;
  • Filter 3 – under  1 mg/m3;
  • Filter 4 – under  1 mg/m3;
